Reporting to the Senior Proposal Manager youll work closely with Sales & Commercial stakeholders Business Development Managers (BDMs) and subject matter experts to craft persuasive client-focused proposals that reflect Compass Groups purpose and competitive edge.Youll manage the full bid lifecycle from planning and writing to final submission ensuring every proposal is timely compliant and tailored to client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute bid documentation plans aligned with project timelinesWrite and coordinate proposal content that clearly articulates win themes and solutionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and evidence that strengthen proposalsLead creative development aligned with sector branding and client expectationsManage proposal reviews sign-offs and final deliveryMaintain and enhance the proposal content library and visual assetsWhat Youll BringEssential:3 years experience in proposal writing or content developmentExceptional writing editing and document presentation skillsStrong planning time management and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesignAttention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesDesirable:APMP certificationExperience in large complex bids (B2B or B2G)Familiarity with contract catering or soft servicesProposal coordination or management experienceThe BenefitsWorking with a large global company means you can be assured that we have an attractive benefits program!
