Primary Duties Customer assistance throughout the insurance policy lifecycleConduct detailed review of insurance documents upon receiving submissionsSpeak with insureds agents and motor carriers in regards to accounts policy verification and coverage deficienciesDocument information follow up if necessary and answer questions/concerns timely for clientsProvide detailed communications & summary of deficiencies to customers/agentsProvide administrative and transactional support to department Account ManagersLearn and conduct basic claim procedures such as claim verification distribution & escalations.Service claim deductible calls and other billing issues and discrepanciesMeet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metricsAttend and participate in weekly team meetingsProvide primary backup support to Reception duties including in/outbound calls mail etc.Job Requirements: Bilingual: Fluent and proficient in English and Spanish requiredKnowledgeable in Microsoft office products (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)Must be able to have good judgement to make informative decisions when considering coverage exceptions/overrides etc.Strong oral & written communication skillsAdhere to employee manual including confidentiality requirementsComply with Carrier partner(s) service practices program guidelines & proceduresTo assure that PHP brands are presented in the utmost professional manner when working with insurers agents customers vendors and the community.Provide additional support to Department Manager on special tasks/projects as neededTo process all Urgent tasks within two hours of receipt by the end of business at the very leastCoordinate/manage relationships with our vendors to ensure all clients requirements and expectations are exceededTo Treat all employees with respect and courtesy in all business and personal mattersTraining & Certification Requirements Must to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within 9 months of employmentDesired Schedule (Full Time In Napa Office)Monday Friday; 7am 4pmOffice Location: 222 Gateway Road Napa CA 94558Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $24.50 - 26.50/hour based on a 40 hour work week. This compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
