Our qualified and professional team of BCBAs and RBTs use their years of expertise and knowledge to develop comprehensive ABA behavior treatment plans to improve the social communication adaptive living and behavioral aspects of each individual client. Connect n Care is proud to offer: Flexible full and part-time schedules Competitive compensation range ($80000 - $95000) Monthly bonus potential of up to $12000 annually Low billable hour requirement of 25 per week Benefits including health dental and vision insurance Work-life balance including paid holidays and paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and development including free CEUs Commitment to providing a positive and supportive work environment As a BCBA at Connect n Care ABA you will: Conduct functional and skill-based assessments including Vineland VB-MAPP AFLS etcCustomize treatment plans to address the childs deficits based on assessment resultsWork effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation Direct and effectively supervise Registered Behavioral TechniciansOrganize review and maintain data collection for ABA programsSupervise ongoing ABA programs assess their performance and adjust as appropriateDevelop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skillsCollaborate with peers leaders and other team members Qualifications: Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior AnalystBilingual English/SpanishMinimum 2 years experience working with the ASD populationAt least 1 year of home-based ABA experience highly preferred Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTsExperience with various assessment tools including Vineland VB-MAPP and AFLSStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal At Connect n Care we only want to hire people who care about changing lives as much as we do.
