And because our technology is purpose-built for restaurants by restaurant people restaurants can trust that well deliver on their needs for today while investing in experiences that will power their restaurant of the future.As a Bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be responsible for creating new business sales opportunities primarily in Mandarin for Toasts Strategic Cuisines. BDRs research restaurants in their assigned territory create an outreach plan and determine how restaurants can benefit from leveraging Toasts all in one digital platform. Daily outreach consists of cold calls emails and social media touch points. After consistent high performance in the role BDRs have the opportunity to pursue more advanced sales roles at Toast.About this roll* (Responsibilities):Generate 2 new business sales opportunities dailyComplete 65 outreach activities dailyResearch and prospect top/new restaurants in your territoryCoordinate new business meetings with Territory Account Executives and/or Inside Sales RepresentativesStrategize with District Managers on their new business prioritiesDo you have the right ingredients* (Requirements);Ability to write read and speak fluent Mandarin Chinese and EnglishStrong work ethic and determination to succeedHighly coachable and enjoys team collaborationNaturally curious and resourcefulPrevious Sales or Sales Internship experienceSpecial sauce* (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves):Collegiate Sales Competitors wanted!Restaurant experience a plusFinancial background is a plusPrevious phone experience specifically outbound preferredAI at ToastAt Toast were Hungry to Build and Learn. Total Targeted Cash for this role consists of a base salary commission benefits and equity (if eligible). This role qualifies for uncapped commissions.
