Position OverviewWe are seeking a bilingual Loan Officer to support commercial loan origination underwriting and client relationship management. The ideal candidate has experience in lending or credit analysis and can provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesInterview customers and assess loan requests for commercial lending.Perform preliminary underwriting and prepare credit memos for new and existing loans.Ensure compliance with bank lending policies and regulatory guidelines.Coordinate required documents appraisals and closing activities with internal teams and external attorneys.Conduct annual reviews site visits and ongoing credit monitoring.Maintain accurate credit and collateral files.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the loan process.Support general banking credit administration and branch-related tasks as needed.
