About The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for contractors, clients, and internal teamsproviding exceptional customer service while keeping day-to-day office operations organized, compliant, and on track. If you enjoy helping people, juggling priorities, and bringing order to busy workflows, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Provide outstanding front-office support by phone and in the reception area.
Welcome walk-in contractors and support the application process.
Coordinate drug testing and medical surveillance appointments; track and communicate results as needed.
Support background check processing and communicate status updates to the team.
Maintain accurate records, files, and office paperwork; help prepare for audits and compliance requirements.
Manage and restock pre-employment packets and general office supplies.
Assist with data entry and updates in PeopleSoft (starts, finishes, and personal data changes).
Process orientation paperwork and route documents to Human Resources.
Complete tax credit forms and other state-required documentation on time.
Deliver contractor orientations and verify information for accuracy.
What You'll Bring
15 years of experience in a customer servicerelated role (office or front desk experience is a plus).
Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and consistently meet deadlines.
Clear communication skills and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working on a computer, including Microsoft Office; typing speed of 3545 WPM.
High attention to detail when handling forms and sensitive information.
