Agata Bielski - State Farm Agency, located in Arlington Heights, IL is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Bilingual (Polish/English), Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.

If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.

You must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:

1. Bilingual; fluent in both Polish and English

2. Have an active Property and Casualty insurance license

3. Are able to commute to our office location in Arlington Heights, IL (this is an inhouse position).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Answer phones and greet clients
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Polish/English)
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property Casualty license
