This role requires someone who enjoys helping prospective residents thrives on delivering a high level of service and communicates clearly across both languages. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries leasing conversations scheduling follow-ups and guiding applicants through the rental process.You will work remotely but function as a seamless extension of our on-site leasing team maintaining professionalism accuracy and hospitality in every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inquiries from prospective residents via phone email text and chat in both English and SpanishProvide detailed information about property features availability pricing and leasing termsConduct virtual tours or assist in scheduling in-person tours with on-site teamsManage leads track communications and keep CRM/PM systems updatedAssist applicants with the rental application process documentation and follow-upsMaintain an organized pipeline of prospects and execute timely follow-throughSupport resident communication when needed (renewals general questions service escalations)Collaborate daily with property managers maintenance and other internal teamsRequired Hard SkillsBilingual English & Spanish (professional fluency in both required)Strong communication skills written verbal and customer-facingExperience in residential leasing hospitality customer service or call center supportAbility to manage CRM/Property Management systems ( Yardi is a plus)Competent with Microsoft Office and structured follow-up workflowsComfortable working in U.S. time zones and PST-aligned schedulesSoft SkillsPersonable warm and service-drivenStrong follow-up discipline and attention to detailAbility to stay organized while handling multiple prospectsFast learner with a proactive mindsetCalm solution-oriented communicatorAbility to be self-directed and disciplined.
