We're looking for a hands-on, bilingual Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring production runs safely and efficiently. If you have strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience and can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians on assigned shifts.
- Coordinate and prioritize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, production machinery, and facility systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
- Ensure equipment uptime and minimize production downtime.
- Work closely with production, quality, and operations teams to support manufacturing goals.
- Promote and enforce safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Maintenance Technician, or similar leadership role.
- Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Experience troubleshooting:
- Motors, drives, conveyors, and production equipment
- PLCs and electrical control systems
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Mechanical power transmission systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work required overtime, including weekends when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree, certification, or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
- Knowledge of OSHA and manufacturing safety standards.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
