Job DescriptionJob DescriptionQuality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring products meet specified standards, and managing a team of quality inspectors.Daily Tasks on the Production Line (VPR: Visual Product Review for entry into Q-Cloud System)· Start-up photos for Q-Cloud within 30 minutes of start-up, date changes, and shift changes· Q-Cloud weight rejects every hour· Assist Quality Control in verifying each of the following on each production line at the beginning of the shift and every ½ hour:Other Daily Activities· Train new QC personnel· Conduct daily floor audit· Participate in our daily production meeting· Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP, s)· Conduct safety walk· Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as neededOther Daily Activities if QA is unavailable· Attend first and second shift production meetings to communicate quality concerns and upcoming projects to other members of management· Perform regular audits of quality control processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.· AIB Standards/FDASkills and Abilities· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team· Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills· Detail oriented with excellent follow up practicesQualifications• H.S. diploma/GED preferred• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred• Bilingual English/SpanishBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurancePay $17.00/HRSchedule: Monday to Friday 7:15AM - 4:30PMAbacus Staffing(321) 338-3931
