We are looking for a highly motivated full-time Referral Coordinator who will serve as a crucial liaison between our patients providers Plans and internal team. As the Referral Coordinator you will manage and facilitate the referral process ensuring that our patients receive prompt communication and timely care. You will champion our patient care continuity by navigating insurance and health care requirements.
