Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Assistant. Based in Houston, TX, the SLP Assistant will support licensed SLPs in implementing therapy plans, working directly with children and families in our NE Houston office. Day-to-day tasks include conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with the supervising SLP. The role requires a candidate with a passion for improving communication skills, cultural responsiveness, and a strong understanding of bilingual client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in providing Speech Therapy, including hands-on experience with clients
• Understanding and working knowledge of Speech and Communication Disorders
• Ability to address Language Disorders and related communication challenges
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, families, and teams
• Current SLP Assistant license in Texas
• Experience in early childhood intervention or educational settings is a plus
