In this role, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. You will also help set up fields and take down. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of kids, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesFollow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.Lead structured practicesProvide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragementIndividualize practices to suit each childs abilitiesCommunicate with parents/guardiansFollow all health and safety guidelinesAssist with all administrative matters relating to the teamField set up and breakdownQualificationsBilingual Spanish & English mandatory or any other bilingual languages preferredPrevious experience coaching children/students is preferredSoccer knowledge preferredComfortable with speaking to and educating parentsKnowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not requiredPositive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
