Billing Coordinator at Veolia Environnement SA

Position Purpose:The positions purpose is to bill customers as quickly and as accurately as possible after receiving all the required documentation.Primary Duties /Responsibilities: Engage with the Technical Customer Advisor to understand when a job has been carried out.Match manifest with original job request in RPM.  Confirm this with the Technical Customer Advisor.Escalate to  Technical Customer Advisor for speedy resolution in the event of issues.Create and issue the invoice.Respond to any billing queries (that would first come through the Customer Technical Advisor).Qualifications : Education / Experience / Background: Invoicing and/ or other financial experienceExperience of using computer invoicing systems or similarSufficient understanding of waste streams transportation and disposal or the ability to build this understandingHigh School DiplomaKnowledge / Skills / Abilities: Very numerateHigh attention to detailVery organized and efficientKnowledge of or ability to build knowledge of the hazardous waste businessAble to work collaboratively across different functions and to secure help from colleaguesAdditional Information : Targeted Hourly Pay Range: Minimum of $18 to a maximum of $25Benefits: Veolias comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies as well as health dental vision life insurance savings accounts tuition reimbursement paid volunteering and addition employees are also entitled to participate in an employer sponsored 401(k) plan to save for retirement.
