Billing Operations Analyst at insightsoftware

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Operations Analyst to join our this role you will be responsible for monitoring and managing order billing and fulfillment queues. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales Customer Success Finance and Accounting) to resolve routine customer issues validating customer contract details and billing rules to ensure accurate invoicing compliance and actioning account adjustments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and discrepanciesProvide support to internal and external stakeholders on billing-related inquiriesMaintain accurate records and documentation to support audits reporting and compliance requirementsPrepare reports and summaries related to invoices and collections statusQualifications : Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field2-4 years of experience in billing operations or a related fieldAdvanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis toolsERP/CRM Expertise (Netsuite Salesforce) highly valuedPrior experience in the software industry preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of billing processes and proceduresUnderstanding of financial reconciliation techniquesFamiliarity with regulatory compliance in billing operationsAdditional Information : ** At this time insightsoftware is not able to offer sponsorship to candidates who are not eligible to work in the country where the position is located. **Learn more about our high-energy high-performance global team.
