Billing Supervisor at Rome Health

Rome Health is seeking a full-time Billing Supervisor to assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely submission of claims. The position is responsible for supervising billing staff regarding evaluations discipline plans of correction PTO tracking absenteeism training and coaching.The Billing Supervisor duties will also include: Serving as a liaison between our provider advocates CFS and KOPP Billing and manages our monthly meetings and follow-up. Serve as a back-up for billing manager/director with daily billing Department tasks. Monitors follow-up denial and correspondence ques to ensure timely biller follow up. EDUCATION TRAINING EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:5 years of hospital billing experience.5 yeas of working with hospital related New York state and federal billing regulations to include Medicare and Medicaid compliance regulations. A HS diploma or GED is required an associates degree is preferred.
