Our team is passionate about their work and committed to building the next generation of industry leaders and as a certified Great Place to Work Woolpert embraces progress and innovation to create limitless opportunities for career growth.BIM CoordinatorLocation: Chicago ILSalary Range: $70034.00 to $113200.00 per yearWorkplace Type: Applicants may be considered for hybrid telework optionsbased on assessment of job responsibilities access to internet/technology and applicant suitability.SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE: Produce construction drawings using BIM technology.Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture engineering and construction (AEC) professionals the insight and tools to efficiently plan design construct and manage building infrastructure.Utilize advanced skills in the creation of BIM models particularly in REVIT including project set up complex modeling of projects and families and model organization as these pertain to complex projects.Work under the direct supervision of others including the Project Lead and the BIM Manager to complete clearly defined project related tasks in accordance with established firm BIM Graphic and Document Standards within reasonable time frames.Solve more complex BIM problems by utilizing available office resources but seeks input from project teams and other resources when needed.Exercises Quality Assurance/Quality Control over own work with respect to BIM standards graphic legibility and accuracy but seeks guidance when needed or when time constraints dictate.Work independently in creating and coordinating digital models of buildings and infrastructure.Applicants may be considered for hybrid telework options based on an assessment of job responsibilities access to internet/technology and applicant suitability.Qualifies for company Employee Referral Program.REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction or related and three (3) years experience in job offered or related BIM role.Must have the following:(1) Experience creating BIM models including REVIT(2) Experience with Project set up for BIM models(3) Creating families as well as model organization and maintenance for BIM models(4) Understanding of architectural systems as it relates to creating BIM modelsApply at out more about what Woolpert has to offer here: is an equal-opportunity employer.
