Broad thematic areas for growth include: (1) Precision Engineering for Health (2) Intelligent and Autonomous Systems for Engineered Life and (3) Engineering and AI Models Driving Digital Health. While these themes already encompass a wide range of subdisciplines technologies and applications in bioengineering we also welcome applications from exceptional candidates in any emerging field of bioengineering whose vision complements and expands the Departments interests and strengths.Candidates should hold a doctoral degree in Bioengineering/ Biomedical Engineering or a related field. At the assistant professor level individuals should demonstrate stellar academic credentials and promise for a visionary career in bioengineering research.
