Biopharmaceutical Operations & EquipmentSet up operate and troubleshoot large-scale equipment:Bioreactors centrifuges autoclavesChromatography and filtration skidsCIP/SIP stationsOperate automated process controllers and perform cell culture in flasks bioreactors and fermenters. Compliance & DocumentationPerform all operations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Write revise and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Complete required documentation:GMP records timecards order requisitions and reports. Sample & Data ManagementHandle and store samples properly to ensure integrity.Collect and analyze process data using:Process control systemsMicrosoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) Facility & Safety MaintenanceClean production areas per SOPs.Maintain adequate inventory of supplies.Promote and adhere to safety protocols:MSDS guidelines PPE usage biohazard handling and safety training.
