Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverviewWe are partnering with a fast-growing technology organization building modern internal and customer-facing applications. The team is expanding and seeking 2 experienced Blazor Developers to work on a high-visibility internal platform with components that will eventually be leveraged across client-facing products.This is an opportunity to work in a stable environment with strong engineering leadership, modern tools, and a product roadmap already defined.What You Will Work OnBuild and enhance a Blazor-based internal application used by cross-functional teams.Develop reusable UI components for potential use in external applications.Collaborate with engineering leads, architects, and QA to refine requirements and deliver high-quality code.Consume and integrate .NET Core Web APIs into Blazor components.Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and code reviews.Help estimate project scope, development timelines, and complexity.Core Tech StackSeeking candidates with strong hands-on experience with:C# & .NET CoreBlazor (Server or WASM)Razor ComponentsTelerik or similar UI component librariesRESTful APIs & Web APIAzure DevOps, Git, CI/CD (nice to have)Must-Have Experience4+ years of professional .NET development12+ years with Blazor in production environmentsExperience building modular, reusable component librariesStrong understanding of modern front-end patterns (state management, async patterns, API integrations, etc.)Ability to work independently within a distributed teamStrong debugging, testing, and documentation habitsNice-to-HavesExperience working in Agile/Scrum teamsPrevious component-library or design-system workTelerik experienceFamiliarity with cloud-based architectures (Azure preferred)
