Role: Blockchain Architect Lead Specialist Location: Paterson New Jersey Experience: 12 Years Employment Type: Contract Interview Type: In-Person or Webcam Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level blockchain solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives. Architect secure scalable and high-performance blockchain networks and smart contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and security specialists to define blockchain strategies. Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and tools to recommend optimal solutions for business needs. Develop and enforce blockchain governance security standards and best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to blockchain development teams. Oversee integration of blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems and data platforms. Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives feasibility studies and pilot projects to validate blockchain applications. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 12 years of experience in software architecture or blockchain technology roles. Proven expertise in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum Hyperledger Fabric Corda or similar. Strong experience with smart contract development consensus algorithms and cryptography principles. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development (e.g. Solidity Go Java Python). Deep understanding of distributed ledger technologies tokenization and decentralized applications (dApps). Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and integration with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud). Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex blockchain concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience leading large-scale technology projects and mentoring development teams.
