Solutions Architect at Scalian

The Solution Architect will provide services that encompass all tasks and activities required to achieve the objectives of Product Delivery and Project Management. Responsibilities include:The Services to be provided by the Solution Architect include all relevant tasks and activities which are necessary to accomplish the expected objectives of any Product Delivery or Project Management:Act as a key contributor within both Domain and Project teams supporting Project Managers in delivering solutions on time with the expected quality and within budget while ensuring that solution architecture and design meet business objectives (added value operational viability) and align with enterprise architecture and security strategiesEnsure a clear understanding of business needs and priorities by producing functional architecture diagrams including actor interactions object/data flows and interfacesDemonstrate how business needs are supported through comprehensive component and application architecture diagrams that fully address business requirementsDefine infrastructure solution architecture in coordination with internal and external technical expertsContribute to project planning by identifying and addressing gaps between the current (as-is) architecture landscape and the needs for solution definition and operationPropose added-value solutions leveraging the latest innovative technologies to enhance the organizations standards and reference frameworksProvide architecture risk analyses and corresponding mitigation plan proposals for the domainContribute to enterprise architecture by identifying redundancies and gaps within and across domains supporting the delivery of the architecture roadmap participating in architecture governance activities and maintaining the organizations architecture asset repositorySupport capability development by proposing and delivering awareness sessions training demonstrations proofs of concept (POCs) and exploration of emerging concepts or technologiesQualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related fieldVery strong knowledge of business models and information systemsStrong understanding of IT technologies and conceptsProven experience in information system architecture designing and deploying end-to-end architectural solutions (from concept phase through entry into service)Strong soft skills including presentation synthesis and interpersonal communicationTechnical skills in architecture principles frameworks and tooling; proficiency with SharePoint Microsoft Office Visio and project management toolsExperience with Agile methodologies and architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or ZachmanStrong work ethic with experience in a fast-paced continuously evolving IT environmentPreferred: experience designing and deploying applications for analytics platforms such as Tableau Qlik or SAP/SACAdditional Information : To acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company; To have a competitive salary and a great benefits package To access trainings that focus on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting edge technologies and best practices; To have a clear career development plan that suits your goals; To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presence; To join a dynamic specialized and fast-growing group where communication is key and where every team member is valued. To be part of a team where having fun is essential. Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Organizational Management,Presentation Skills,Agile,SAFe,AWS,Solution Architecture,Conflict Management,Data Management,Scrum,Team Management,Pre-sales,Management Consulting Experience: years Vacancy: 1
