Team up with your co-workers to keep our donors coming back again and againStandard Schedule (Albany New York):To best meet the needs of our donors and community staff work a variable schedule which may include early mornings late nights weekends and holidays. Overnight travel may be in some locations.Schedule is provided two to three weeks in advancePay Information: The salary range for this position is 59000.00 - 78700.00 - 98400.00 USD AnnualNote that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelors degree OR a combination of education and work experience (four to eight years of work experience in a related field) is Minimum of three years of supervisory/leadership experienceCustomer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are . An ability to effectively discuss procedures and medical issues with patients families and physicians needed.A current valid drivers license with a good driving record is .Physical requirements may include the ability to lift push or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs good manual dexterity the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and adapt to long irregular hours and frequent schedule changes are .Position may require a minimum height of 60 inches to ensure the ability to safely operate Red Cross vehicles.At the American Red Cross we conduct many mobile blood drives at businesses schools and many other locations.
