Our CompanyGateway Pediatric TherapyOverviewThis position offers a 5K sign-on bonus! Our clinical team works a hybrid work from home schedule. Responsible for day-to-day case management of assigned clinical cases. This can include but is not limited to:ResponsibilitiesCreating appropriate programming for the client based upon the results from initial and ongoing evaluations needs of the client as well as provide support utilizing best ethical practicesMaintain clinical requirements for client supervision based upon the guidelines set forth by the specific insurance company or community mental health organization in addition to the specifications listed within Gateway policies and proceduresLead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation and quality of treatmentMeet with treatment staff as needed to help assist in case management and staff continuing training and developmentExercise discretion and independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols based upon Gateway policies and procedures and in accordance with Gateway organizational philosophy/missionDetermine appropriate and effective techniques to be used in implementation of goals of any treatment plansConduct initial and ongoing client assessments and based upon these assessments design and maintain top quality treatment programs which align with Gateway policies/procedures and organizational philosophy/missionOversee and maintain accurate and organized records client notes data and reports for internal and external processesEncourage and engage parents and/or caretakers in parent training for all relevant treatment techniquesPrepare and attend client educational meetings such as IEPs and develop treatment recommendations thereinMaintains credentialing and licensing as required through procedures set forth by the state of Michigan and the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)Attends all required trainings conferences colloquium to remain in compliance with guidelines set forth within the policies and procedures of GatewayMaintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations and with Gateway policies and procedures manualWork cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders including school personnel and administration outside service providers and any and all other persons whom they may come into contact withMaintain the highest standards of professionalism in all of their client and staff interactionsReports directly to the Director of Clinical Operations the Director of Administrative Operations and the Clinical or Regional/Territory DirectorQualificationsMasters degree in ABA or equivalent is a requirement.About our Line of BusinessGateway Pediatric Therapy an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services is a leading provider of comprehensive pediatric therapy services.
