Bloom Behavioral Solutions is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), early intervention, feeding treatment, and multidisciplinary developmental services for children and families across Jacksonville, the Beaches, and Northeast Florida. Our early intervention programs, including Petit Sprouts and Micro Sprouts, provide structured, play-based, goal-driven support during critical stages of child development in communication, social engagement, emotional regulation, independence, and foundational learning skills.
Position Summary:The Director of Early Intervention (BCBA) will provide strategic and clinical leadership for Bloom’s Micro and Petit Sprouts early intervention programs. This role requires a dynamic, experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and who is passionate about high-quality early childhood intervention. The Director will oversee clinical operations related to both early intervention programs, ensure program fidelity, support staff and families, and contribute to continuous service excellence across early intervention services.
Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership & Oversight
- Provide direct clinical and administrative oversight for Micro Sprouts and Petit Sprouts programs.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise program leaders and clinical staff supporting early intervention patients.
- Maintain high standards of clinical integrity, and fidelity across programs.
Clinical Supervision & Quality Assurance
- Conduct supervision of RBTs, BCaBAs, and support clinicians delivering patient programs within both early intervention tracks.
- Review and guide development of individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in ABA and early developmental intervention.
- Monitor outcomes, data collection, and quality assurance metrics to ensure measurable progress for families served.
New Patient Engagement
- Lead new patient inquiry tours of the early intervention programs, providing families with clear insight into Bloom’s play-based, structured approach.
- Collaborate with family intake teams to support prospective clients and answer clinical questions regarding early intervention services.
Talent Acquisition & Staff Development
- Conduct interviews and hiring processes for potential hires within early intervention program roles.
- Support onboarding, training, and professional growth of early intervention staff.
- Work with leadership to create continuing education opportunities and cultivate a strong clinical culture.
Project Support & Strategic Initiatives
- Assist the Owner/CEO with strategic projects related to early intervention services, program development, and service expansion.
- Contribute to clinical program evaluation, process improvement efforts, and development of innovative care models.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with interdisciplinary colleagues across ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding services to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and external stakeholders to foster trust, transparency, and shared goals for progress.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering and supervising early intervention and developmental services for young children (preferably ages 18 months–5 years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for family-driven, play-based intervention and collaborative care.
- Ability to conduct tours, talent interviews, and clinical supervision with clarity and professionalism.
