JOB DESCRIPTION

Why BCBAs Choose MyPath?

At MyPath, BCBAs are treated as clinical leaders, not billable units. We remove the administrative pressure so you can focus on outcomes, collaboration, and long-term career growth while still maintaining work-life balance and financial stability.

Traditional Clinic-Based BCBA

  • Every minute tracked and billed — productivity tied directly to billable hours
  • Income tied to attendance — lost pay when clients cancel or no-show
  • Siloed work environment — limited collaboration outside of your immediate team
  • Rigid schedules — little to no flexibility
  • Unstable work location — rotating sites, no consistent home base
  • Limited or no benefits — often no retirement plan, maternity leave, or long-term security

BCBA at MyPath

  • No billable hours — focus on clinical quality, not time tracking
  • Consistent paycheck — stable caseloads and clients available during scheduled hours
  • Flexible scheduling — autonomy to flex time while maintaining structure
  • Stable home base & office — predictable work environment
  • Collaborative model — work cross-functionally with nursing, health, and other interdisciplinary teams
  • Robust benefits package, including:
  • 401(k)
  • ESOP (employee ownership retirement plan, with zero employee contribution required)
  • Maternity leave
  • Short- and long-term disability
