About the Organization

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavioral support plans
• Modify treatment programs based on client progress
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Train, supervise, and mentor clinicians and therapists
• Communicate with funding sources regarding authorizations and client progress
• Maintain a clinical caseload while providing supervisory support

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master’s degree with ABA coursework
• Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to coordinate schedules and client care across teams
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply
