JOB DESCRIPTION

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Salisbury, MD

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Variable Hours between 8 AM – 6 PM

Compensation: $37.87 – $58.71 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,500


We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a healthcare team dedicated to improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based behavioral interventions. This role focuses on conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising behavioral therapy programs while collaborating with families and care teams.


Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for completing behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and monitoring client progress. This role also provides training, supervision, and guidance to Behavior Technicians while supporting families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to families and caregivers.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure quality therapy delivery.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support positive client outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required at the time of hire.
  • Experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
