🗓️ Caseloads capped at 10 clients — always

⏱️ 25 billable hours/week + 2 hours of flex time, every week

💰 $65,000+ to start (based on experience) + weekly bonuses up to $7,800/year

🌴 80 hours PTO/year + paid holidays & closures

🩺 Bridge health plan now (group plan on the way) + dental & vision stipends

💻 Company computer + monthly tech stipend for your phone

🎓 Yearly CEU allowance

✅ Current BCBA certification + KY LBA licensure (or eligibility)
