About the RoleAs a BCBA you will assess client needs develop and oversee behavior intervention plans and lead the clinical direction for ABA services provided in home-based settings. You will also support and mentor Behavioral Technicians while fostering strong collaborative relationships with families.Health benefits paid time off and professional development supportBonus opportunitiesResponsibilities:Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progressDevelop and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BTsAnalyze data and implement treatment modifications as neededCollaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization and consistencyEnsure treatment is compliant with ethical clinical and funding guidelinesQualifications:Education:Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related fieldBoard Certification (BCBA) in good standingRequired Skills:Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plansAbility to supervise and support clinical staff effectivelyStrong analytical and decision-making skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesReliable transportation and ability to work in clients homesPreferred Skills:Familiarity with ABA billing platforms (e.g. Central Reach)Bilingual abilitiesAbout Brightview Care:Brightview Care is a fast-growing provider of personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
