This is a part-time role providing supplemental behavioral support to the district’s existing full-time behaviorist.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support students within classroom environments.Conduct and assist with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop corresponding Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Provide direct and indirect behavior analytic services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs.Offer modeling, coaching, and training to staff on behavioral strategies and classroom management.Monitor, collect, and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and adjust plans as needed.Support district initiatives and participate in team meetings as required.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school district and state standards.Caseload Details:Program serves approximately 48 students across multiple classrooms.No fixed caseload — BCBA will rotate between classrooms based on needs and priorities determined by the onsite team.Qualifications:Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt and work flexibly across multiple classrooms and grade levels.IDR Job ID #477543.
