Job DescriptionBobs Steak & Chop House Bussers (Dining Room Attendants) assist servers and restaurant guests promptly with the clearing and cleaning of position provides courteous attentive serviceto enhance the guest experience in any way possible.ResponsibilitiesFollow enforce comply and adhere to all Omni Louisville Hotel and Bobs Steak & Chop House rules policies procedures standards and recipes always.Service all guests in the dining room and contribute to a positive memorable guest experience.Properly set up the entire restaurantCompletelyunderstandand executebussing standards.Completely understand the menuPromptly and accurately deliver food and beveragestoall sections of the restaurant and bar.Be friendly and helpful with all guests. Use surnames whenever possible.Comply with food handling standards.Inspect ones station in the restaurant to ensure it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentation.Complete station set-up and breakdown/side-work as well as all other assigned duties by the restaurant manager before checking out/clocking out.QualificationsDRA experience in a fine dining environment is preferred.Ability to communicate in English clearly and pleasantly with guests management and co-workers with the ability to answer guest questions and describe menu items.Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanorAbility to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department.Ability to prioritize organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in a fast-paced environment.Excellent customer service service recovery and problem-solving skills.Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekdays Saturdaysand holidays.Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.Requires frequent bending reaching overhead and twisting.Must be able to stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.Must have STAR and Food Handlers certifications prior to start date.Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer - vets/disability.
