This position plays a key role in maintaining repair order accuracy, assisting with insurance documentation, communicating with customers, and helping estimators with basic estimate preparation and supplements.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and supporting a team in a busy repair environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily administrative tasks in the body shopOpen, update, and close repair orders accurately and on timeSupport estimators with basic estimating tasks, photo documentation, and supplement preparationCommunicate repair status and updates to customers in a professional, timely mannerCoordinate insurance documentation, approvals, and communication with adjustersVerify parts orders, returns, and invoice accuracy for each repairCheck vehicles in and out, documenting damage and conditionManage customer paperwork, signatures, and payment processingKeep office files, repair records, and digital logs organizedMaintain a clean and organized office environmentAssist estimators and technicians with administrative needsPerform other duties as assigned to support the collision centerQualifications1–2 years of experience in a body shop, collision center, or automotive office environment preferredBasic understanding of collision repair processes or estimating strongly preferredExperience with CCC, Mitchell, or similar estimating software is a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at onceComfortable handling paperwork, digital files, and repair documentationReliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processesValid driver’s licenseWhy Join Bob Allen FordStable, reputable dealership with long-term growth potentialSupportive and team-focused work environmentTraining provided for estimating responsibilitiesOpportunity to expand into full estimator duties over timeBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company contributionEmployee vehicle purchase and service discountsPaid training and developmentEqual Opportunity Employer StatementBob Allen Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
