The Body Shop Technician is responsible for accurately diagnosing repairing and maintaining customer vehicles in accordance with dealership and factory standards. This role requires strong mechanical skills attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality flat-rate hours.What We Offer:Competitive pay structure with strong flat-rate earning potentialFull benefits package (medical dental vision PTO etc.)Supportive leadership and a clean well-equipped shopStable dealership with high repair volumeCareer growth within a respected organizationJob Responsibilities:Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with dealerships and factory standardsComplete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testingConsistently perform quality Multi-Point Inspections in order to recommend ethically needed repairs and maintenance itemsBuilding upon your knowledge of industry-standard tools and equipmentMaintain an organized and neat shop areaRoad-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completedProper preparation and completion of repair order documentationComply with all company safety policies and proceduresCommunicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informedContinuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technologyRequirements:Previous experience as an automotive technician (or have completion of accredited automotive training program)Solid mechanical skillsValid FL drivers license clean driving recordMust pass background check and drug screenExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicMust provide own tools and tool boxMaintain or obtain required Toyota and ASE CertificationsIn return for your invaluable knowledge skills talent and ambition Toyota of Orlando offers competitive salaries and benefits.
