We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Events Team Member is expected to provide excellent guest service while working in various departments of the facility. This position involves guest services, food and beverage departments, facility maintenance, and events.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Greet guests and provide information and way finding as neededResponsible for setup and tear down of non-sport events (ex. birthday parties, corporate events, special events, etc.)Responsible for service of food and beverage for non-sport events including order taking, food delivery, bussing & clearing, etc.Be present and available to event host throughout event durationAssist guest with day of add ons and coordinate final payment of event.Maintain organization and cleanliness of supply storage areaAssist with events from set up to take downStock, maintain, and clean the facility as necessary throughout shiftsPerform various tasks related to scheduled work areaOperate and balance a cash drawerResolve all guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to appropriate Manager Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Hospitality or service experience preferredMust be at least 18 years of age at time of hireFlexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance necessaryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust have excellent guest service skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow Team MembersMust work well with othersMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and venueCommitment to the safety and well-being of othersWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noiseJob Posted by ApplicantPro
