Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and receivable ensuring accurate and timely transactions. Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. Manage payroll processing including deductions tax filings and employee expense reimbursements. Maintain the general ledger posting journal entries and ensuring data integrity. Assist with inventory valuation and tracking of cost of goods sold (COGS) for manufacturing operations. Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. Support year-end closing procedures and provide documentation for audits. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience as a Bookkeeper preferably within a manufacturing environment Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS) principles Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger functions Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping and reconciliations Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Bonus Qualifications Experience with cost accounting principles (e.g. inventory valuation COGS). Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite). Understanding of fixed asset management and depreciation for manufacturing equipment. Ability to assist with production-related budget variance analysis.
