ASC AdministratorFirestone Surgery Center Columbiana OH 44408The Firestone Surgery Center is seeking qualified candidates for our newly constructed surgery center in Columbiana!POSITION: Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) AdministratorSHIFT: Full-time/Days/ExemptThe Administrator is responsible for the efficient planning execution financial management and operational management of the Surgery Center. The Administrator plans manages and directs Surgery Center activities towards achievement of the companys goals and objectives. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality patient care services while efficiently utilizing resources and maximizing returns.The Administrator directly supervises the Clinical Manager business office manager materials manager and indirectly supervises business office personnel RNs LPNs Surgical Technologists/techniciansand other personnel annually employed directly or indirectly by the Surgery Center.QUALIFICATIONS:(5) years Healthcare Administration experience required.Bachelors degree in business and/or healthcare management preferred.Demonstrated supervisory experience in healthcare management Ambulatory Surgery Center or hospital operating room environment.Demonstrated experience in long range planning financial and operations management.Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with patients physicians management and staff throughout the Surgery Center.Demonstrated ability to identify analyze and effectively resolve problems.Demonstrated ability to build teams.BENEFITS:Medical/prescription insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceVacation timeRetirement benefit with employer matchRequired Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Abinitio,Data Entry,Data Structures,Garment,Archicad Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
