In this role, you will maintain accurate financial records, general ledger and ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collectionsPerform general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial recordsConduct monthly account reconciliationsAssist in technical accounting tasks, including tax preparation and complianceSupport Design Team with duties such as processing work orders, ordering samples, requesting quotes, generating invoices, receiving payments, and performing other administrative tasks as assignedQualificationsBachelors degree in accounting or a related fieldProven experience in bookkeepingStrong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, corporate accounting, general ledger reconciliation, and accounting principlesExcellent attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills are requiredAbility to work independently as well as part of a team while managing multiple design projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy in financial reportingMicrosoft Outlook experienceBonus Skills: Design ManagerBenefits/PerksFlexible Work HoursCompetitive Compensation401(k) matching
