These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable including vendor invoices and payments. Manage accounts receivable generating invoices and monitoring collections. Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll and associated tax filings. Maintain general ledger accounts and post journal entries. Assist with month-end and year-end financial close procedures. Track and reconcile inventory-related costs and manufacturing expenses.
