Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoicing collections and vendor payments. Process payroll ensuring accurate calculation of wages deductions and tax withholdings. Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations identifying and resolving discrepancies. Maintain the general ledger posting journal entries and ensuring data integrity. Track and reconcile inventory costs and manufacturing-related expenses. Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and financial statement preparation. Prepare and submit sales tax and other relevant tax filings. Recommended Qualifications Experience in bookkeeping preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation. Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger. Experience with financial reporting bank reconciliations and month-end close processes.
