Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely payments and collections. Manage payroll processing including deductions benefits and tax filings. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations accurately and promptly. Maintain the general ledger posting journal entries and ensuring data integrity. Track and reconcile inventory costs and raw materials for manufacturing operations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation. Prepare and submit sales tax and other statutory filings. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping ideally within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and ERP systems. Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Ability to prepare financial statements and support month-end close processes. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with inventory management principles. Exposure to cost accounting concepts. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
