Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable including processing invoices expense reports and vendor payments for manufacturing operations. Handle accounts receivable including customer invoicing payment tracking and collections. Process payroll accurately and timely for manufacturing employees. Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Maintain the general ledger ensuring accurate classification of financial transactions. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions and associated costs. Prepare basic financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in core bookkeeping functions (AR AP GL bank reconciliations). Demonstrated experience with cost accounting principles inventory valuation and COGS in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience preparing financial statements and conducting variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations. Ability to manage payroll and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations for a manufacturing workforce.
