The position of Lipscomb Academy Freshman Boys Basketball Head Coach will focus on building players foundational skills fostering a positive team culture and preparing student-athletes for advancement within the high school basketball program.Duties and responsibilities of the Lipscomb Academy Freshman Boys Basketball Head Coach:Teach and reinforce fundamental basketball skills including ball handling shooting footwork passing and defensive techniquesPlan and conduct structured practices that emphasize fundamentals and team conceptsEvaluate player progress and offer constructive feedback for improvementMaintain the highest order of professionalism and display the highest level of ethical and moral behavior at all times including building positive relationships with athletes coaches parents and the communityGuide student-athletes in learning appropriate sportsmanship cooperation work ethic personal responsibility and competitivenessHelp create a Christ-centered environment and team culture of service to others that reflects the Lipscomb Academy Mission StatementOther duties as assigned by the Director of Basketball Key Skills Campaigns,Data Entry,Christmas Temporary,Advocacy,Control Engineering Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
