Branch Coordinator Floorcovering Installations at Sherwin-Williams

DescriptionThis position supports sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store and coordinates all aspects of floorcovering installation through independent contractors to service wholesale floorcovering this role you will assist in identifying floorcovering installers schedule installation and ensure installation is conducted consistent with expectations.The individual selected for this role will be based at Store #7386 located at: 4243 Industrial Ctr Ste 100 San Antonio TX 78217-4809Job duties involve contact with customers which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods electronic equipment personal information store merchandise and other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys customers staff employees vendors contractors and the general public.ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store servicing wholesale customers.Assist the Branch Manager in identifying floorcovering installersEstablish installation schedule and communicate assignmentsPerform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfactionReview new and existing floorcovering installer accounts including contacting outside sources for informationEnsure all installer transactions are handled properly through store computer operating system and records are properly maintainedDetermine floorcovering installation training needs and require training as appropriateQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the futureMust have a valid unrestricted Drivers LicenseMust be able with or without reasonable accommodation to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasionMust be willing to work all scheduled hours which may include evenings and weekends with or without reasonable accommodationPreferred Qualifications:Have at least a High School diploma or GEDHave at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery retail or customer service positionHave previous work experience selling floorcovering and/or floorcovering productsHave prior work experience operating floorcovering cutting equipmentHave previous work experience installing floorcoveringHave the Carpet and Vinyl Installation Certification by the Carpet and Rug InstituteAbility to read write comprehend and communicate in more than one languageAbility to read write comprehend and communicate in Spanish#SHWSalesRequired Experience:IC Key Skills CCIE,Data Entry,Elevator,HR Operations,Java Employment Type : Hourly Experience: years Vacancy: 1
