The Branch Manager’s primary goal is the financial success of the branch. This position requires someone able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.The Recruiting Branch Manager is responsible for the recruitment of applicants for the branch. You will work with clients locally and on a national level, performing remote recruitment in multiple states.A Few Key Responsibilities:Financial responsibility of meeting or exceeding the annual budget for the branchRecruitment, training, management, and development of the branch teamManage all sales, operations, and financial aspects of the branch by ensuring proper usage of sales and recruiting pipelines and financial reportsBuild on existing client relationships and grow the bottom lineManage job applicant responses via job boards and Applicant Tracking SystemWork with the client on current employee issues, incidents, injuries, performance, etc.Deliver top-notch customer service to both candidates and clientsQualifications:Management and/or recruiting experience in a staffing environment preferred but not requiredAbility to successfully communicate verbally and in writingExperience managing budgets, A/R, collections, P&L’s, and all branch financialsMust have at least 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experienceAble to demonstrate exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and professional imageAbility to influence and persuade to achieve the desired outcomeExcellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsMust be able to work independently and be self-motivatedAmbassador Personnel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
