Branch Manager/ Loan Officer at BankTalent HQ

This position will oversee the day to day operations of both our Stuart, Iowa and Rippey, Iowa locations. Position will be expected to be involved in the community to promote the bank and to maintain positive relationships with current customers and foster new relationships to encourage new business. Loan officer responsibilities are part of this position. They include assuring that credit arrangements are appropriate according to our loan policy, analysis of loan requests by reviewing credit data, including but not limited to, financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, historical operating performance, collateral valuations, economic condition, etc. to determine repayment ability and establish credit limits.The ideal candidate will have:experience supervising employeesLending experience with concentration in Ag lending or a strong ag backgroundCollege degree OR equivalent experience that would equip you with the ability to analyze credit informationStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and WordCommunity involvement, networking, successful track record in business development
