DescriptionThe Manager Wholesale Branch Distribution is responsible for the overall branch operational performance including inventory management and leading team members in the areas of inside/counter sales driver/delivery and warehouse support.This position will serve Rheem Northeast Distribution customers in the Northeast Region of the U.S. located in Norwood NJ.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer serviceMaintain and manage daily reportsMonitor and maintain inventory levels within the warehouse and showroomManage/improve productivity and efficiency at all levelsOrganize and maintain a positive showroom appearanceResponsible for training and leading a diversified work forceAssist HR Manager with recruiting processManage inventory to ensure proper turns and minimum loss throughout the yearKeep abreast with technical developments and changes in product lines monitor competitive threats and discuss proper response and reaction with Regional ManagerUnderstand and report P&L information for company locationConduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner in all aspects of interaction with contractors customers and employeesCoordinate Center training and Company/Center eventsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications5 years or more operational experience preferable within the HVAC industryAssociate of Bachelor degree in Business or related field preferredProven success in sales operations purchasing and inventory managementProven success in managing and mentoring other employeesCapable of working in a fast paced environment with skills to multi-task at different levelsStrong interpersonal skills including sales problem solving and customer service are requiredMust be able to deal with customers contractors and employees in a professional mannerHigh level of organization and follow throughExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPointThe pay scale for this position $88452 - $150228.
