The YMCA of South Hampton Roads is looking for a certified (or soon-to-be certified) MOSSA Group Power Instructor to lead high-energy, music-driven strength classes that inspire members to push their limits and have fun doing it.As a Group Power Instructor, you’ll coach safe and effective barbell-based strength training workouts using official MOSSA choreography. This role delivers structured, music-driven strength training designed to build muscular fitness, motivate participants, and support the YMCA’s mission of improving health and well-being for all.Requirements:Ability to lift and safely demonstrate weighted bars, plates, and other fitness equipment.CPR/First Aid/AED/O2.
