Comoto is looking for a dynamic enthusiastic Brand Manager ready to champion and scale our portfolio of Exclusive Brands. This is your chance to own the brand narrativedriving market strategy elevating external visibility and maximizing internal engagement to drive sales growth and increase market share. Youll act as the crucial brand shepherd ensuring the market intent and authentic message of every product and category travels seamlessly from initial concept to a powerful customer experience. Cross-functional relationships are key to the success of this position as the Brand Manager will work with the product team store teams as well as the marketing and merchandising teams to translate the strategic vision into direct market impact. Our Brand Manager Will:Work with the product and marketing teams to create seasonal Product StrategiesProvide market/product analysis and forward-facing customer needsParticipate in planning and offer input for seasonal assortment offeringsLead the Limited Edition product releases and activationCalendar Coordination between product team/seasonal releases and creative/shared servicesCoordination of asset creation with cross-functional teamsCoordinate product needs and communications with outside influencers and mediaCommunicate and manage timelines for deliverables Conduct ongoing analysis for increased company-wide EB inclusion and supportPrepare and present seasonal product and marketing programs to teams and executive managementConduct weekly reporting and provide status updates Branding Events Promotions:Manage the refresh and maintenance of all EB brand and design guidesParticipate in external EB Events & Promotions - including attendance coordination and support Stores:Manage EB product feedback and input from Store TeamsSupport Store Merchandising and point of sale Provide input on store fixturing and product presentationConsistent store visits and communication Online:Work with Marketing team to implement EBs go-to-market branding strategiesMonitor and maintain brand presentation consistencyCoordinate product team and marketing team collaborationMonitor pinning of EB products on online sitesMonitor the effectiveness of enhanced online PDP pages for EB productsCreate catalog tasks for new productsCoordinate with creative teams in asset creation and new LP to highlight EB campaignsQualifications : Our Brand Manager Has:5 years of experience in a related brand or segment management position Effective and consistent communication skills both written and verbalStrong presentation skillsDeadline task and deliverables focusedExtremely detail and accuracy orientedPositive and flexible can-do attitude with outside-the-box thinkingExcellent discretion judgment tact and diplomacy skillsDynamic analytical problem-solving and project management skillsExperience in the powersports or enthusiast active lifestyle industriesExpert knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office (Excel PPT)Working knowledge of Google Suite tools (Sheets Docs Slides GMeet etc)Working knowledge of SlackWorking knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a plusStrongly Preferred: A current motorcycle license and is an active riderAdditional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Digital Marketing,Marketing,Management Experience,Profit & Loss,Analysis Skills,Microsoft Powerpoint,Market Research,Project Management,Product Management,P&L Management,Product Development,Branding Experience: years Vacancy: 1
