POSITION OVERVIEW :Were looking for friendly, hard working, and reliable team members to join our growing team! This dynamic position combines both kitchen prep responsibilities and front of house fast casual service duties, offering variety in your day and a full understanding of our operation. Youll play a key role in creating a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience for our guests by preparing high quality ingredients and delivering top notch service.BACK OF HOUSE / KITCHEN / PREP RESPONSIBILITIES :Follow all food safety practices and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and state/federal guidelinesRotate ingredients using FIFO method and monitor freshness throughout the dayPrep vegetables, proteins, cheeses, herbs, and dressings (when applicable) to standard using proper techniques and portioningOperate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (knives, peelers, processors, etc.)Accurately read and follow prep instructions, batch recipes, and checklistsAssist with restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies as neededKeep prep stations clean & organized, throughout the shift.Assist with opening and mid shift duties, including cleaning and restockingReport equipment or food quality issues to the manager on duty.FRONT OF HOUSE / SERVICE / BOWLER RESPONSIBILITIES :Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practicesGreet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service.Toss, mix, and assemble salads according to menu standards and guest modifications.Accurately read and complete in store and online orders in a timely manner once fully cross trainedPackage and hand off online orders for customer pickups and delivery driversMaintain a clean and sanitary service / bowling station throughout the shiftCommunicate clearly and professionally with both guests and team membersRefill line ingredients and supplies during service; assist with stock rotation.Rotate ingredients using FIFO method and monitor freshness throughout the dayAssist team and management with miscellaneous side work during slower periods of your shift (e.g., stocking, cleaning, organizing, light prep).QUALIFICATIONS :Friendly, positive attitude and strong team player mentalityCommitment to cleanliness, food safety, and quality standardsWillingness to learn all stations including prep, service line, dish, and cleaningAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environmentExcellent communication skills, with a focus on customer experienceStrong attention to detail and consistencyPrevious food service, prep, or general fast casual experience is a plus, but not requiredComfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 poundsAbility to take initiative and adapt to shifting priorities during serviceAbility to read and follow recipes and online/digital order systemsServe Safe or other food handler certifications are a bonus, but not requiredDependable and punctual with reliable transportation to and from workPERKS + BENEFITS :Free lunch during every shiftPaid time off (PTO)Health insurance optionsCompany matched 401(k)Flexible schedulingOpportunities for growth and promotion from withinSCHEDULE :NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS + NO HOLIDAYS!
